Thanks Sean,
these are the ones that I was able to upload, I took plenty of photo's when I was at the show, and it was a great day. Oh, and I ended up bringing home a few unwanted kits that needed a new home. Aaahhh..................

I know what you mean, I save up for Telford as I go every year with my mate. I recon I must have spent at least £150. at the show, still my wife does'nt mind so much now I've quit smoking(6 months now) I've been invited to the Milton Keynes show in February and have been dared to enter a competition there! Yikes! They seem like a very friendly bunch of blokes, so I'm going to give it a go. I won't win anything, but it would be nice to see how I stack up against the "big league" lads. If I happen to pick up a couple of "bargains" at the same time-so much the better!

Those are some nice photos Darren. Noticed the Phantom collection and the Spitfire collection. Were they all built by the same builder?? If so WOW. Can't wait for the next show here in the states close to home. JOHN

Darren,
First class show by the looks of the pix, some very interesting models have been built for the competition, enter one of your models in a future comp. If you would like some competition pointers [based on our Expo], of judging models I'd be happy to help out.

Darren,
Noticed the photo of the Harrier in winter camo on the Derby & District stand, built by Andy Shaw from Derby, he used to work on them.

Nick, please give Andy my compliments, that is a superb build, I also liked the P-51D on the stand, another great build.
Rob, tell me everything you know! Well, some good advice would be a big help. I was reading a post on FSM ealier from a bloke who judges contests and I started to look at my models as if I was judging them-bad idea, all my stuff is terrible! OK, joking aside-I don't want to take this too seriously as its supposed to be fun. I think I could use some pointers though, so let me have 'em.
Regards,
Darren.
