Alright, as I was driving home today, I thought, what if I could build a model of my OWN tank? That's right, a Canadian C2, which is our own variant on the Leopard 1A5. I though, great, I'm gonna have to scratchbuild this bad boy, shouldn't be too bad, I know the specs, I practically made love to this armoured extension of my body on a daily basis in training! I just don't know how to go about doing it.. so much evergreen items to choose from, I wouldn't know where to begin Soooooo I bought Revell' Leopard 1A5, and a Maple Leaf Models conversion set for the C2. Man I'm so frickin excited.. the Germans are going by the wayside as this'll be the greatest thing I have ever done, after all, it is going to be a replica of my baby, gotta treat her right!

We still have the Leopard A4 in our arsenal, sadly replaced sometime beyond 2006 with the MI Abrams, but knowing the Oz way [from when I thundered around in M 113's, we'll most likely change their name to [MIA1] Cossgrove.

Rob,
You seem to be dreading the M1, I know the Leo is a good tank, but give the M1 a chance, it's pretty good too.
