looks really great so far! Keep it up.. only one observation, there seems to be some seams on the wheels that need to be taken care of. Mold lines to be exact!. Other than that, it looks great, but do yourself a favour mate... spend the extra money on some fruils or something for this bad boy, I'd hate to see the excellent job you've done, lose a little appeal because of the rubber band tracks

Yeah theres still loads to do , the wheels aren't glued on just yet , i have to take those off because the upper and lower hull theres a gap that needs to be filled i've run out of cash so i got to stick with the rubber ones but see what santa brings me lol

Very nice example. I really like the finish. I built one like this with teh dozer blade with Finnish markings. Do you plan to sag the tracks down on to the road wheels? After you weather it, it will tone down and look very nice. Try dry brushing some buff or lighten the colors that you used with a light gray and dry brush each color with it's lighten paint. Then dry brush the entire model with the buff. I usually use the air brush to apply the very light buff. You will be surprised at the realism you can achieve. If you have never done this process before I would suggest that you practice on some old model or some scrap piece of plastic.

Here is the one I built a couple of years ago. Tamyia makes a color called buff. I mix it about 30% paint to 70% thinner. I like to use enamels so I don't know if it comes in acrylic or not. You will want to spray it on very thin and lightly. A misting is what you will be after. Heavier at the bottom and lighter toward the top. I also use real dirt dust to dust the model after it is dry. Try not to handle it too much after the dusting or your finger prints will show up in photos.
