G'day all
My name's Zac, I'm a Kiwi from New Zealand, and I like to make plastic models.
With that put out of the way, I've been making models since I was five (an Academy-Minicraft 1/72 MD500 painted black, I've always bee a bit of a rotorhead
), and my real passion with models lies with making warbirds: ie, real ex-military aircraft privately owned and flown (although some are museum pieces). My preferred scale is 1/72.
My current projects are:
1/72 Heller Yak-3
1/72 Gran Lavochkin La-9
1/72 Revell Replica Plans Se.5a
Soon to start:
1/72 Italeri OH-6 Cayuse (to be built as a civil 500C)
1/72 resin BAC TSR.2
1/72 Airfix BAC TSR.2
Sorry this is a bit dry, I'll be a lot looser once I'm settled in.
