I'm looking for an article from a magazine called " Planes." It was published by AERODATA in the 80's. The particular article that I'm looking for is the A.W. Whitley, Part 1. It is in issue #11, 1984. Any assisttance will be appreciated.

is there any particular info you are after, i don't have the mag in question but some of my books have pics and specs of the whitley if thats of any use. i have just dug out an old frog/novo whitley that i built years ago that i am going to re-furbish so will need some info myself.

Hi, gregers. I am only looking for the first part of the Whitley article. I have Part 2, and just wanted the beginning. I have just had a reply on another forum, so I may soon have Part 1. Thank you for your offer of information. I too, have two copies of the Novo kit. Maybe someone, like MPM, will do a new Whitley some day.

glad you got your copy sorted, i hope some one does do a whitley some day, the novo one is, to say the least...a bit basic. but its the sort of kit i cut my teeth on so to speak, for mine i need new props and a tail turret (the original was miss molded and i glued on one from a scrap model airfix wellington....aaah the naivities of youth.
all the best and hey, what about a pre war bomber group build (or re-build LoL) sometime.

I have the magazine; there are 8 pages, in the article. As I shall be away over the Christmas period, I'll have a go at scanning, and sending, it when I get back, if you still need it. My equipment only sends one page, at a time, so it will take some time (good thing I've recently retired!)
