Count me in! I plan on starting a Tamiya razorback for a contest next year. I'll add an Eduard deatil set and some AM decals. I'll probably make a start on it when my Malta Spit is finished. So gimmie a couple of weeks to get sorted.

G'day,
Darren,
That's no problem, I have ordered the P-47M Tamiya kit and should have it in the next few weeks, so I'll start on the 'M' version then myself.

I did'nt know Tamiya had released the "M" version already, I'll have to look out for it. I looked at the T-bolt that I plan to build and now I'm going to have to plan this carefully. Its got D-day stripes on the fuselage and wings. I've not painted these before and white paint is a "£$%" to airbrush. I think I might paint the white bits first...........

My Eduard detail set arrived today, its the pre-painted version and on first impression, it looks like it will provide a high level of detail. I'll start this one next week when I'm back home from work.

Hi folks, here's my T-bolt on the bench in bits. I'm building a P-47D in D-day markings and heres the parts list: Kit-1/48 Tamiya P-47 Razorback Aftermarket- Aeromaster decals-"American jabos" Eduard PE-P-47 razorback parts 1,2&3 Eduard EZ masks. As this is for a group build, I'll take pics each step of the way to share my progress, I've got a lot of details to add on to an already well detailed kit(3 sheets of PE brass!) I'll have to take my time with this one............I've started the office, engine and internal airframe painting already, I'll post more pics as I go along. Darren.

Darren,
Great progress so far, I've about 75% completed this same kit but doing mine as the one Don Gentle flew prior to the P 51 Mustang. As having built his Spitfire Mk Vb previously I am doing one of each of the aircraft he flew, that carried his 'Fighting Eagle'
