Ok, so after three weeks of weighing it heavily on my mind, I cracked and bought an Academy Merkava III tank. This is probably one of the most versatile pieces of armour on the battlefield to date with it's modular armour, it's many different versions of turrets, it's stowage.... yeah I was hooked!!! I also bought a different turret for the kit... sooo I figured I'd see if anyone is interested in an Isreali armour GB or a Merkava GB. Since all Isreali armour is versatile I think anything should go, so long as it is modern (1970's up). The academy kit is great OOB, or with a Legend Produtions conversion kit, of which there are many, I'm sure we could see some very interesting things... alright enough babble. Anyone interested?

i'd be in if we had the g/b for all Isreali fighting forces equiptment. i have some Isreali air force projects i would like to do (2 spitfires and a havard trainer) i don't have much in the way of armor kits, though i could be in if they had any ex british army churchill tanks as i have 2 of those, or if they ever used any captured T72's. these are the only afv kits i have at the mo. all the best. sounds good to me, i was going to do the two spitfires as part of the spitfire group build so if i may i will change mine to a 'sharkmouth' F4 Phantom of the Isreali Air Force and something else, probably a Mystere IV if i can get the markings for it. all the best.

sweet! I'd love to see the phantom, my Dad was a pilot in the USAF and flew F-4 E's in Vietnam. Since I dont do aircraft I'd love to commission someone to do a model of my dad's Phantom....

i think Lobbie is one of the best at aircraft on here, maybe if you pm him you could work something out for doing your Dads Phantom, got to say though, you will have lots more satisfaction in doing it your self. i did a Fairey Firefly as a suprise gift for a Korean vet, it was of one of the aircraft he worked on, the look in his eyes when he saw it is something that will stay with me for all my days, that is one model i will always be proud of, even though i will almost definitly never see it again.
all the best.
