Though I am not into Nascar models, I too have one sample.
My one and only Nascar model is the New Beetle concept

I modified a Taurus chassis under the Beetle body, and modified the body extensively too. I invented a "hatchfront" configuration so that the engine could be properly serviced...
And it had to carry a single-digit race number because there wasn't any place for the next digit!
I had finished the build in December 1998 and won my first on-line contest, so this has a special place...
