My wife is from Manila, Philippines. These things are more common on the streets and roads than cars. Its a cheep (less than $.01 USD) Ride as far as it goes before they turn around on thier schedualed loop. It started as the Hogan Heros Jeep, with 3" of stretch and lots of sheep styrene.
