This is an upcoming project.... It's sad that I probably can't post the finished pics of this rig over at SA without running the risk of Admin there having a fit & hanging a padlock or deleting it....    This one won the event in 04, but didn't make the event this year when Summit Racing snafu'ed his order....The owner/driver was nice enough to email these pics.... ;D Here's what I'm using as a donor...  ;D |

Whys that Ken? Who's gonna delete it and why would they want to?
Thats a beaut!...Whats wrong with that donor that you would think it would be pad locked or deleted? ha,ha....
When do we get to see you building it up to a puller....I cant wait to see it for one and I'll bet the rest would too...
I didn't push a wrong button and delete something I shouldn't did I?

See the problem over at Scale Auto is they might not like the name of the rig.... "The Ballbuster" They tend to be really anal over there, & extremly PC.... But that's what it's called, so that's the way i'm building it.... The only snag with the build is trying to find the rear wheels & tires.... I've got the donor torn apart, & have scrounged up a SB Chevy with 2x4's but still gotta find the upswept headers, & those wheels & tires(or something similar, like from the Mad Mudder Blazer Puller) I've got prewired distributors to trade for parts, & many many stock tires.... ;D

Well I got FOUR wheels & tires today off of a busted toy truck at the rummage sale for 50 cents!!!! Now I gotta get some 1/8 square plastruct to do the rear suspensions....  |

Ken thats one Mean looking pulling Machine and the real one looks good too going up the ramp...LOL....Those are some Awesome looking rear wheels you were lucky to find those at a rummage sale for $.50 cents? ha,ha.. thats cool.....

OK folks.... Sorry I haevn't been around as much, been dealing with MORE faimily issues....But I actually got some work done to this.... The decals didn't come out as clear as I would've liked but considering that I made them from pics of the 1:1, & that's the only sourec that I had for them, they're better then nothing....   Here's some pics of the suspension & altered frame before paint & a mockup....   & after paint...   Still lookin for those upswept headers, but she's comin along!!!! Thanks for lookin!!!! ;D |

Thanks guys!!!! Well I'm finaly back on this!!!! Got the headers made today!!!! The tubing is Evergreen 3/32, the flanges are scrap plastic, & the collectors are plastic drinking straw....  ;D |

Thanks RC, well I kinda ran into "builders block" with this one.... But I did manage to get the chassis done....     Here's some mockup shots....   I've allready built a sled, I'll have to dig up some pics, & hook this up when it's done!!!! ;D Up next: the engine!!!! |
