Hiya RC, ;D
Glue, use the Super glue type (Cyanoacrylate). This piece of junk is full of PEAnd here are the tools I use to bend and shape the PE:The Etch Mate is pretty expensive though, between 60-70 dollars! But..well worth it IF you are going to do a lot of PE!! The 2 plier looking tools I used before I got the Etchmate, they work just as well, almost...notice that they have flat jaws, the skinny pair I got at the LHS, the black short ones I got at...mmmm ..*c'mon, think*...At Hobby lobby. ;D Also, a cautionary word, be sure before you apply the PE piece you make sure you know where and when, ha, cuz once you put the dab of super glue on the PE and put it on your model it DON"T move, if u got it wrong u have to remove it and clean the area of glue and retry again. Oh, and use Super Glue on metal also, works great. The surfaces have to be "clean"!!! VERY clean! Umm, you are able to enlarge these pix right?? they are fuzzy like this but are much better full screen.

I super glue it, but for big things like turret baskets I wish I knew how to solder, it would make life soo much easier!

I bought the "Cool Touch" soldering pin and the 700` degree melting solder at Micro mark and think it would be easier to solder the baskets and PE with that..I also bought the Micro Mark solder acid and cleaner to make the solder stick..So I think the PE soldering would be better with the lower heat melting point of their solder...

sounds great.. Bill do me a favour bud, it's kinda annoying hearing you bash your models.. This piece of Junk?!?! Man that King is one smokin beast! I really do wish you wouldn't beat your self up on your armour stuff. The last one, the Panzer IV E you built was soo fantastic that I was inspired to do better! Yep, YOU inspired me billy m'boy! You do some great work, too bad YOU don't think so! The armour world is less without you involved!

heh! I'm glad bud! I mean it, you really do have a talent, and you have great resources to work on! Believe me, you've started on a better leg than I ever have... it took me years to get where I'm at, and you, sheesh, only a little while! Can't wait to see your next project finished brother!
