Hi All, My `Photo Booth` consists of three pieces of white board. I have to use this as some groups require photos with no background. You can see what I mean by looking at my September entry for MOM (that isn`t a plug to vote - honest ). My question is - how would you give it a removable background, in order to make the photos more interesting? Blown-up photos, posters? Any input or ideas will be most greatfully received. Jim.

Funny..I thought I posted back to you... Here's one that I found on www.heartlandamerica.com Scroll down on the left side to Cameras & Optic's then to 'Camera's accessories click on that and its right in front of you. Click on it again and it gets bigger so you can get a good look at it!...Its on sale now for $79.99 it shows the two lights outside the lightweight system and has everything you need including the high out put lights and nylon diffuser that eliminates harsh glare and shadows two colored back grounds for sharper contrast... I think just looking at it you can figure out how to build it with a old white sheet and a couple lights on the out side..What do you think Jim?....Looks like a easy one to build..When you get the bigger picture you can click on 'Save as' up top on the files to keep the picture to use as referance.. RC, Thanks for the help. Unfortunately the link won`t work. All I get is a white page and a `busy` curser. I`ve tried several times - with the same results. Judging from what you have explained, I`m already well on the way. I have large ,white sheets of wood which form an open ended box. It`s these walls I want to cover to give a realistic background. I am going to try my local model shop and see if I can get some suitable `wallpaper`. Mind you, I still havn`t sorted my display unit out yet. Perhaps I should write out a list and work down it from the top. Jim

Thanks again to both of you. Dave, the link is just the same - a blank white page. Not to worry `though, RC`s description has given me a good idea of what it contained. The lighting hasn`t been a problem, it`s the white background that I need to sort out. It`s funny because I only built it like this because a couple of sites would only accept photos with no background!!!! Gee - what is it they say about not being able to please ALL of the people ALL of the time?

Jim I'm seeing his link to it too.... Maybe your firewall is stopping it from coming to you!...This photo booth is all nylon fabric covering a frame, the light's show through the nylon fabric to defuse the light and theres a changable multi-colored back ground that is white or blue, sorry you cant see this, its a beauty....And I think would be easy for you to build, fold's into a flat square bag, not bulky... Okay my friend, we tried.. Check out my post in 'off topic' see my fun week end...."RC"
