I have heard that it can be done, but how i want a simple way to illuminate my tuners and such with neon, under and inside

Nothing is imposable!..Try the tutorial I put in Your modeling tips Fiber Optic Lighting # 52 down from the top in the tutorial on your modeling tips.. You'll have to count from the top down and afterward check spark plug wires door hinges etc..Have fun!!
