Heres a hinging project I finished up not to long ago: This is my cutter of choice
A flexi-File and thread make up my cutting tool.
This picture gives you an idea of how I use it to cut out panel lines.
Heres the trunk completely cut out
The hinges installed...

See, now this is a great article. Informative, good photos and a link to a related article. Now, 100+ people have checked this out and ONE GUY pops up with "What about hinges?" Unreal!
