G'day,
A 48 Hasegawa Typhoon Ib, married to the Monogram Classic Typhoon decal sheet, they under wing ID bands are NOT AEAF as with the lower fuselge bands, created using individual lengths of Black and White decal film, trimmed too size. 198 Sqn was pre D-Day one of the Squadrons used to combat the FW 190 'Hit and Run' raids over the English Coastline.
The weathering on this is with pastels, the panel lines are highlighted with lead pencil, the whip antenia is brass wire, I added a resin seat to this kit and used BMF for the landing light lens's.
