I built this as a replica of my Brother's 1:1 car. He's had alot of custom work done to his GTO since I finished this build, so now it's a replica of how his GTO used to look.

He also has an '87 Monte SS, and I am preparing to build a replica of it as well. When I am done, I am going to mount them both to a base, along with a picture of both his 1:1 cars together, and I am going to give it to him for Christmas.

Thanks, I wish my paint jobs came out this good too! but I can't take credit for this particular paint job. This is the Polar Lights kit, and it is pre-painted. I usually don't build pre-painted kits, but since it's for my Bro, and this is the only kit of this car, I didn't think he would mind. ;D

WOW!!!!! That came out gorgeous!!!! I do like the new GOAT, it reminds me of the older ones in the fact that it looks nice, but not garrish, what's important about it is what's under the hood!!!! Very Nice!!!! Now if I ould just get my hands on one of these!!!! ;D

Great job on that GTO! I had 3 Monte SS's myself, 2 86's and an 87. I gave the 87 to my son for his first car and I'm still cursed with the 2 86's.

I have enough parts to build a 3rd SS from the ground up, literally too.
I have never had so much trouble in my life getting rid of cars as I have these stupid things.
Anyways, enough rambling about my curse! Again, great job on that GTO! Can't wait to see how you do with the SS.

You know I love this build, The 1:1 are awsome rides, got to drive one this past summer. A friend of the family rebuilds theft recovery and totaled cars, he bought a blue 05 with 1100 miles for 8 grand. The previous owner let his teenaged son take it for a test spin(stupid guy!) and the kid did a burnout, went sideways and over a bank, through a barbed wire fence. Tore the body kit all up, ruined the nose, and the wire got wrapped up in the rear tires and destroyed the wheels. Its all done, looks like new and wow what a ride!

Flatbed? You'd better bring a tractor trailer. I have two SS's, a bare frame, extra front clip, a rear half from an 85 SS with perfect 1/4's, extra engines, interior parts, rear ends...the list goes on and on.
