G'day, This Acc Min B25b Mitchell is in the markings of 2 Sqn RAAF and is one of two that were flown in overall Foliage Green, 2 of the 'J' versions were flown in Olive Drab over Black, [that's another subject]. The decals are from Aussie Decals.

By golly, we are talkin' Airplanes now buddy!!! ;D I love the B-25 like I do the Corsair! I have 3 waitin' for me when I am good enuff to build A/C. I like the "Strafers" from the 498th Bomb Squadron of the 345th bomb group. I have the Accurate Miniatures 1/48 B-25 C/D, but going to change it to the "Red Wrath"!!!

Dan,
I did a Bat nosed J straffer once in 48 scale and I've often toyed with the idea of doing the resin nose for the 8 gun nose. One thing I have several kits of is the B 25, one in particular is the original Revell 48 scale B 25b/c. The box art has the nose with a 75mm long barrel sticking out of it, but I plan to build it with the Aires resin set as another Pacific region bird.

Beautiful build Rob, that B-25 looks cool in those markings.
