G'day, This Tamiya 48 scale 'Dam Buster' kit, built some time ago as the bird flown by Flt.Lt. H.B.[Micky] Martin, the RAAF pilot who Gibson sort after on formation of 617 Squadron, because of his low flying skills with these bombers. The model has been on loan to the RAAF's Officer Training School, it has been built OOB. Sadly this version is not a current kit in 48 scale, but we are about to release a resin 'Dam Buster' conversion for the current Tamiya kit.

Thanks all for the kind words.
Bill,
Built that for the RAAF, I converted the Grand Slam kit to the B I/III, there is a post about it here.
Sean E,
It's roughly the size of a B 17, Tamiya say it's 44.1cm's long, that's about 18 inches.
