I am new to this forum. Hello everyone. Here is a picture of my newly completed Revell F-18E in 1/48. I have posted this in another forum but thought you all would like to see it here.

This kit makes a nice model though it requires a lot of work. It would have been nice if the flaps could be lowered. I think this kit which can be had from time to time in a Hobby Lobby for $9 is a great deal. I hope Revell releases a 2 seater soon.

Thank you all! I wish that I had done a review. Maybe a review from an average modeler's point of view. That average modeler being me. I have found other reviews but they are a little advanced. My objective was to build what was in the box. I made no corrections for accuracy and such. I made a lot of mistakes on this build and learned a few things about this kit, so I have another kit to build later on. Should any of you build this model, think through each and every step with a lot of thought about strenthening parts and what type of fillers to use. Oh, the plastic in this kit is soft!
