The GT stripe really sets it off! I love it! Great job! I was thinking of doing my Pace Car that color. I know it isn't stock, but I saw a Johnny Lightning done that color, and it really looks sweet. Since I have two kits, I may do one silver and one gold.

Thanks Guys!!! I just got the 79 Pace kit....I need to get the decals from Keith Marks before I build her. I have that JL as well.....In 6 differant colors!!
I made the distributor using a piece of tube and glued the wires in it first, then after bending the wire to fit, I used electrical tape for the distributor cover and string to hold it in place.
The air cleaner has a piece of ribbon to look like a paper filter, and the radiator hoses are scrap wire.
The hardest part of this build was painting the hood emblem. I BMF first , then using a toothpick, I painted the red/white/blue.

Great build, I like the gold with the 67 stripes and the black interior, the engine detail is awesome, great job.
