A Mast vinette under the setting sun

Hi again. My first post and I'll lead on with these pics of a mast vinette I built a long time ago. It's a scratchbuilt mast with scratchbuilt pine trees and ground work. I think the pic looks pretty realistic.

that is a very interesting subject! Just outta curiosity, what makes you do vignettes and dios of utility sheds, or antennae masts? I love this because of a few reasons, one being the realism of both the mast and the trees. Wow, is this something that'll have military figs to it, or is it just bast around the mast? Tell us more please, you've got me wondering about what sparked this creativity!

Thanks for your interest. Actually my interest in them is purely structural. It's something aout big spiny odd structures that just needs to be modelled. When I want inspiration I search the net and find many pics of mast or mast scenes that I tend to go for. The one I modelled in this forum was an idea taken form a pic based on two military people putting up a mast in the forest and this gave me the idea. I have so many pics as reference so I just try and duplicate what I see.
I like doinf things that nobody ever things of doing. I see so many of the same thing that I decided to avoid the same theme all the time and that's why I never build an axact replicate of something that someone already has. Uniqueness is my theme.

I'm working on a guntruck humvee version at the moment.

BTW, another radar that I modelled was based on the actual ANS-TPS-77 mobile radar unit. See the version I built over at this link:
