I made it really simple 4 the first time, LOL. But...it was alot of fun to do, so... I have decided that all my builds have to be in some type of diorama. I no, I need to get rid of the palm tree that I worked so hard on *sigh* . (gotta learn how to cut leaves) LOL, like I said b4, there are things that need to be added, adjusted, removed, but it is a learning experience. Like, DO NOT spray glue all over the sand and rocks and veggies in order to make them stay, what a mess! I had it all DONE! All I had to do was put the AFV on it. (phew!) Had to dump it and start all over, the sand is just loose now. It's "Au Natural". ;DOh. the title is "outta gas", at least until I get some figures 4 it.Do you like the background? LMAO. AB'ed clouds and birds drawn by pen, LOL.

OK, I accept, thankyou, ;D. I said somewhere that I am going to make a diorama part of each model I have and am going to build, Ha, lucky I don't have hardly any built. I might sometime have to call on your expertise Charles.

Well Bill I'm still learning. I tend not to do big dios. Gotta have a place for them you know Right now I'm sticking to small vinettes to fit everything into my glass casing.

I understand. As a matter of fact, I really like your vignettes, there is something about them, being small and uncluttered, showing only a single subject that I really like! And let's not get into your trees!! Man, they are the best!!!
Talk to u later gator, Bill

too kind. As I look at others I take into account their methods and try and adapt them to mine.

Glad to hear that, I try to do the same thing. Like I have said, IF I am any good at this hobby, it is because of the really great builders here, all that I know and do came from them, all I did was try to apply their methods with my own variations.

Bill I really like the scene you have set here. The groundwork is great, what did you use? Only suggestion I will give is shading and highlighting to bring out some of the details of the rocks and Groundwork. I'm glad you started to add a base to the model, even if there are no figs for it, it still adds a touch of life to the kit, and you have done this very well! Kudos to your first attempt. You really have a knack for this!

Thx James, to be honest your diorama was one of the first I saw when first checking websites out a long time ago (lol, like a year, maybe) b4 I even knew what FSM was or anything relating to it, and I always remembered it, so you have alot to do with it.
Be well and Prosper, ;D Bill
