G'day, The screens in this 32 scale kit of the radar and pilots IP's had been painted Humbrol #191 then once dry, a drop of clear blue was added. Indicating they have been turned on. I've also used clear red on the back of a clear part them when dry used semi gloss black as an over coat. Indicating they have been switched off. The clear blue screens.

Very nice Lobbie! What color is Humbrol 191? I can't get Humbrol here in the flatlands of Kansas and havent ever seen a Humbrol color chart.
I built an Airfix space shuttle once and it refered to Humbrol paint numbers so I had to improvise and base the colors on pictures of actual spacecraft.

Not too sure on humbrol in the usa , but i know twobobs do xtracolor there awesome
Humbrol 191 is Chrome gloss i'll try find a conversion chart for you

Not all hobby shops here have carry stock of Model Master Chrome Tim, they mostly only carry the 'Warbird' and most common colours
